Samsung’s acting chief was arrested on bribery and embezzlement charges. The only thing I want to say about this company is that their support is virtually non-existent.
I bought a Samsung tablet last year and soon noticed I was not able to charge it. Turns out its charger was dead. I happened to have a replacement charger for my Samsung cell phone and that one was compatible with the tablet and it did work.
OK, I thought, it should be easy to request a replacement for the dead one. Wrong. What I found next was really bizarre. They asked me to provide a serial number, which I did. Then they said that number was wrong. I checked it in two places: one is the back of the tablet and the other is through the “about the phone” menu. Both agreed. I sent photos of these upon their request. The last thing I heard from them was “they would respond in 1-2 business days.” My attempts to get to them after that all failed. What a company.
